We tend to specialize in private parties, weddings and openings at theatres and galleries and appreciate every single one of our clients. We work closely with both client and venue to ensure maximum flexibility and impact.
In the past we have created a collection of exotic shellfish canapés for a ravishing photography show and accurate historical dishes for the first night of a play. We have a great interest in nutrition and understand the value of food for health as well as pleasure – in our opinion the two are not mutually exclusive. Berwyn collaborates on a number of projects which enshrine this philosophy including a stunning boutique health retreat in Norfolk.
It is important to us that the food works both conceptually and practically with the venue and event. We stage manage each event meticulously to ensure a stress-free and pleasurable celebration for our clients. We work with an experienced and highly skilled network of associates in related fields, from marquee constructors to musicians and porters to pyrotechnicians.
