Established in West London by Hugo Shuttleworth, Berwyn has a sophisticated approach to eating and a serious commitment to the provenance of ingredients. We offer exquisite canapés and grazing plates, seated lunches, indulgent dinners and intelligent tasting menus. Our attention to detail extends to every element of event planning for all occasions, from an intimate gallery opening to a once in a lifetime wedding breakfast.

Our menus are truly bespoke creations, tailored to each client and venue. We have had the pleasure to work at a wide variety of high-profile events all over the country. Berwyn is dedicated to providing a complete production service so that our clients can relax and trust that all aspects of their event will be handled with care, from the marquee to the fireworks and everything in between. We truly believe that eating is a pleasure and firmly encourage favouritism when it comes to food, we will always find a way to make your personal menu dreams a delicious reality.

We source our suppliers based on the quality of their produce and their principles. We aim to use British produce in season, meat from UK farms with a high standard of animal husbandry practice and all our fish is MSC approved from the coastline of the British Isles, unless otherwise requested by clients. We select our wines with the advice of an esteemed Master of Wine and put as much effort into finding suitable partners for our delicious dishes as we do into creating them. We can source a scarce vintage to share over lunch or conjure up cocktails that complement the occasion perfectly.
