A Spring dinner at Force Brewery on 6th May 2017
The precise menu will depend on the best ingredients available in the days preceding 6th May but the menu will revolve around the following courses and ingredients:
Freshest Lyme Bay crab
Devon hogget char-grilled with wild garlic
Chocolate and caramel tart
The vegetarian options will include English asparagus, hop shoots and wild leaves.
Dinner will be served from 7.30pm precisely. Please arrive by 7.15pm.
